POCONO BLUES FEST PICTURES

It was a great weekend for Yuengling at the Pocono Blues Festival that was held recently at Big Boulder Ski area in Pennsylvania. Yuengling and United Beverage of NEPA teamed up to provide beer for the three day event. On Friday, the Yuengling started flowing early and the music went until 12:15 in the morning. Festival goers managed to go through 8-halfs that evening, and didn't let a few passing thunderstorms get in the way of their fun!

On Saturday the weather was much better with temperatures in the 80's. Yuengling and United Beverage of NEPA gave away the Martin Guitar in this market on Saturday afternoon. Scott Sasser from Martin Guitar joined Dave Kessler from Yuengling to present the instrument to Rodney Davis from Cape Canaveral, FL. There was a huge crowd on hand on Saturday and they went through 79-halfs of Lager, Light Lager, and Black & Tan combined. According to Blues Fest officials the crowd was estimated between 7,500 to 8,000 blues revelers.

Sunday brought a close to this exciting three day festival. When all was said and done, 135 half barrels of Yuengling were consumed at the event, plus many cases of Lord Chesterfield Ale and Dark Brewed Porter! Thank you to United Beverage of NEPA and everyone who made this weekend a success.
