EAGLE ROCK FINALS

After 8 weeks and 20 promotions in the Northern Georgia market, a grand prize winner was awarded his Custom Yuengling Martin Guitar at Wild Bills in Duluth last week. The top Guitar Hero competitors from all of the promotions were invited out to compete for the grand prize at this event. DJ Aly, from Project 9-6-1 hosted the competition and had a crew on hand giving out some cool gear to fans. Bar patrons enjoyed Yuengling specials while they watched the competition on the big screen.

16 players competed in a bracket style competition playing Wii Guitar Hero. The stakes were high and the competition was fierce. Since this was the final event, the rules mandated that everyone must play the game on the hard level. At the end of the night, there were two players left, and they competed on the expert level. Austen Shantz played a great game and was awarded the Custom Martin D-41! He was excited over the win and very appreciative to Yuengling and Martin Guitar. The runner up, Stephen, was awarded a Yuengling rotating pub sign as a consolation prize. All the players received Yuengling prize packs for coming out and participating.
