Yuengling Porter Veal Stew recipe created by Frank Altadonna, Metro Philadelphia Sales Representative.

Sauteed Garlic & Onions and Olive Oil
Flour Veal Cubes
Simmer Veal till lightly brown
Add 1 bottle Yuengling Porter
Add water to your liking
Salt & Pepper to taste
Sliced carrots,celery and potatoes
Simmer 45 minutes

With the cold weather that has been sweeping the east coast, this is one recipe that will certainly warm you up!
