TAMAQUA BEER DINNER

The Restaurant at the Station in Tamaqua, PA recently held their annual Yuengling beer pairing dinner. The chef at The Restaurant prepared a fantastic four course feast, pairing each course with an appropriate product from the Yuengling portfolio. The appetizer was Crab Pretzel with Balsamic Glaze; this was paired with Lord Chesterfield Ale. Following the appetizer, guests enjoyed Black & White Cheddar Cheese & Black Bean Soup paired with Black & Tan. The entrée for the evening was Grilled Portobello stuffed with Sausage and Hot German Potato Salad. This dish was paired with Traditional Lager. For those guests who saved room for dessert, the offering was a Deep Fried Brownies Supreme paired with Yuengling Seasonal Bock Beer.

All of the courses were fantastic. In addition to the great food, Yuengling Lead Brewer John Callahan was on hand to discuss the Yuengling portfolio with guests. John explained the unique characteristics of each brew. Thank you to all of the guests who came out to join us for this sold out event. Yuengling can be enjoyed any time at The Restaurant at the Station, stop in and enjoy a pairing of your own next time you are in the Tamaqua, PA area!
