It was a cold February night in Pittsburgh recently when the Food Dude made an appearance at Smokin' Joe's on the South Side. Kevin certainly cooked up something special for patrons who attended this Monday night event. Smokin' Joe’s is known around the South Side for their awesome wing night specials, but on this evening Kevin decided to bring a different dish to the table. The Food Dude marinated bratwursts in 4 different Yuengling beers. The small, but intimate crowd was eager to try each flavor consisting of Lager, Porter, Black & Tan and Bock. The dish was well received by everyone, and many patrons enjoyed talking both food and beer with Kevin. The Yuengling special for the night was Yuengling bottles and Bock & Lager draughts for just $2.00!
