SHADOWBROOK BEER FEST

Beer festivals are a great opportunity for beer lovers to come together and celebrate. Festivals give beer enthusiasts the chance to branch out from their usual brews and try new and different products. For the brewery, festivals are a great opportunity to sample products from Yuengling that consumers may not be aware of, or have never tried. With the addition of the seasonal Bock Beer this spring, there are now eight products in our portfolio, each with its own unique character and taste. Typically at beer festivals we showcase Chesterfield Ale, Porter, and Light Lager.

We were at the 5th Annual Shadowbrook Beer Festival in Tunkhannock, PA a few weeks ago and it was huge success and a great time! The festival consisted of one session that lasted four hours. There was a good turn out, with 1200 people attending the event. The Yuengling booth was busy all day long, as attendees were buzzing about the new Bock Beer. The half barrel of Bock that was brought for sampling was empty in three hours! The other choices at the Yuengling booth were Ale, Porter, and Light Lager, as mentioned above. The buzz about the Bock continued after the event, as our wholesale partner, United Beverage of NEPA, received multiple phone calls on Monday morning from Yuengling fans who wanted to find out where the product was available locally.

Thank you to John Walsh and Kevin Macaluso from United Beverage for making this another successful festival for Yuengling.
